Goodbye Melbourne, Hello London!

I am finaallyyyyy here!
After months and months of crossing off days on the countdown calander on my wall, I can very happily say that I am actually here!

I flew out of Melbourne at around 3.30pm on Thursday and after an eight hour flight I arrived in the impressive Singapore. Next to me on the flight, I had a German male ICU nurse and an English marketing businesswoman and they talked to eachother the entire flight in French, it was so interesting to listen to!

The flight from Singapore to London was 13 hours but luckily I had two spare seats next to me on the plane, so I was able to lay down and spread outtt :)

I arrived in Heathrow Airport  at about 7am. Getting through the UK border and customs was much faster than everyone had told me it would be and in no time at all I was on the Tube whizzing through London's underground railway system. Pulling my two massive suitases up and down stairs and through London's winding streets, absolutely exhausted me- therefore I was very glad to finally arrive at my accommadation.

How pretty!!

Once I'd checked in and everything was finalised, I went for a bit of a wander around the streets. I only had to walk 5 minutes down the road and I knew I was in love. Everything about London is just so London, if that makes sense.
The old Victorian style houses line the streets and are by far my favourite thing I've seen so far. The detailing on everything about these cute, litlte houses is so exquisite and delicate. I feel like I'm walking on the set of some English movie and Hugh Grant is going to appear and ask me to join him for a spot of tea.

PS- I'm watching Neighbours atm. It's so funny that this is their idea of a great drama haha
