Olympic fever!

OH MY GOD.
I recently moved into my new house in Leyton and things are still getting set up, which means I have had no internet for the past 4 days and I now know what it would have been like to live in the Stone Age- BORING

Aside from that though, things have been going really well. I moved out of the hostel and into my new share house with 6 other people about three days ago. Our house is right near the Olympic Stadiums, so thank goodness I don't have to travel far in the mornings.

Yesterday we went for a bit of window shop through Picadilly Circus. It was seriously so cool and reminded me of Times Square in New York. We really don't have anything like it in Australia with the endless streets of shops that are four storeys tall and a big, beautiful town centre with theatres everywhere and big TV screens flicking advertisments.

All the flags from different countries lining Regent street- so pretty!

Some kick ass shoes we found whilst shopping on Oxford street

OH MY FREAKING GOD- WANT !
Hamleys is a huuugggeee toystoy that we walked into yesterday whilst shopping. It was like six storeys tall and literally had every toy you can imagine. The workers were having a blast playing with all the toys- it was so much fun!

We went up to the Lego floor of Hamleys and it was incredible! There was displays everywhere of all different Lego creations. My fav by far was the one of the Queen!!

Today, I went to Olympic Park to do my training for my shifts which start on Monday. I know I keep saying everything is massive or amazing- but seriously, the Olympic Park stadium is so huge. I took us like half an hour just to walk up to the check in area.
I even got to see a little sneak peak INSIDE the stadium, so I saw all the setting up of the opening ceremony. I don't want to give anything away, but it was so pretty and I can't wait to watch it on tv!!

ALSO it is very hard for me to reply to everyone. I have no internet at my house and even phone connection is super bad. Even when I do find WiFi, it's always difficult to figure out when is best to reply due to time differences etc. So pleasseee if I havent been contacting you, I am sorry! Just know that I miss you all so much :)
