London Bridge is falling down, my fair lady.

Today is was a beauuuutiful sunny Summers' day in London- 20 degrees! Everyone had shorts on and sunglasses, whilst I was still wearing tights and a jacket!
But seeing as the sun was out today, we decided to be mass tourists and go and visit the Buckingham Palace. The changing of the guards was sooo cool! The guards that protect the palace are some of the  highest ranking men in the British Army and it's considered a prestigous honour to be asked to do so.
Unfortunately, Liz didn't come out and give us a wave from the balcony haha

After this we walked through the park till we got to Westminister Abbey. It was really pretty and I was just in awe to think that this is where Kate and Wills got married !

We made our way round to Palace of Westminister aka the Houses of Parliament. The architechture and detail that went into the design of this place was insane. The extravagent neo-gothic style was all the rage back then- it was absolutely incredible to look at.

Big Ben was beautiful. The gold surrounding the clock face was practically glistening in the sun!

Next, we went on a very, very long and tiring walk back past St Pauls Cathedral, Millenium Bridge,  The London eye and the very ugly London Bridge (which is not what the song is about-apparently this Bridge is in America now!) till we got to the Tower Bridge.
It had the big Olympics rings hanging on it and it was painted so brightly, it like the perfect symbol of London!

Ps- Tahnee look, it's King Henry VIII 's house!
